Rigpa Glimpse of the Day for Jun 9 2012

“If we are interdependent with everything and everyone, even our smallest, least significant thought, word, and action have real consequences throughout the universe.
Throw a pebble into a pond. It sends a shiver across the surface of the water. Ripples merge into one another and create new ones. Everything is inextricably interrelated: We come to realize that we are responsible for everything we do, say, or think, responsible in fact for ourselves, everyone and everything else, and the entire universe.”

  1. I am working on a website of MCS resources, nest building hints from Canaries and one section I hope you could tell others about: “By Canaries for Canaries: Services, Items and Blogs by Persons with MCS. As craftspersons cannot attend crafts fairs and artists often cannot attend their own showings and business people no longer have a safe place to work, this page is the Canary Marketplace. Please support our community.”

If you or any other Canaries have skills or cottage industries and would like yo be included in the directory, please let me know. Heather Awen lifthrasirsuccess@gmail.com

    • Hi Heather, good idea! Rob at the Rob Network used to have a “Mall” of listings from Canaries who were creating things at home, but it doesn’t seem to be there now. Do you have a website up already?

      • Not yet – My friend doing it just got his subsidized housing and has been getting used to not being homeless. Ahhh, being disabled! It is written and when he finishes the webmaster work, I will send you a link.

        • Thanks! Glad your friend has housing, I hope it works out well for him. I look forward to seeing the website when it’s up.
