Sometimes I forget to mention that I have been on this path of learning for many, many years. I did not learn all this overnight, and I continue to learn something new each day.
I know a lot of people become overwhelmed when learning the reasons behind our deteriorating quality of life. We can make many mistakes and more than a few excuses.
Change can also be more challenging when we don’t have general support. I also post more of what we need to avoid instead of inspirational or alternative things to do, because the safer alternatives are generally so simple (or should be) although some are still sometimes hard to find commercially.
When I am more able, and if people want, I hope to offer more ideas on possible directions to move towards, instead of so many to move away from. For now, I am doing the best I can presenting information on issues that have an adverse impact on our health and well-being, as so many people still have absolutely no idea.
So, when I found this photo with this quote, it resonated deeply, as it is what I have been endeavoring to do all this time, and I share it with you in hopes that it makes life easier for you too.
“Do the best you can until you know better.
Then when you know better, do better.”

In my opinion, you’re doing a great job right now, Linda! Thank you.
Thank you Wendy! Your efforts have inspired me for many years!
Reblogged this on The Daily Advocate By Painspeaks.
Thank you!
May all beings be free of pain and the causes of pain!
Linda, I always make sure I check my mail each day because I look forward to your information. You have helped me so much and I hope I can pass some good news to you and everyone else with our problems. This is certainly not an easy illness to deal with. It is great when we can let others know where and what to do for each challenge that comes our way. It’s a pretty big puzzle. Keep up the good work & hope you are doing better. Love the quote! Thanks, Kay
Thank you Kay!
I hope things are getting at least a little easier for you.
My health progress keeps having setbacks, but I think is mostly headed in a good direction. Sometimes it’s hard to be patient! It’s good to remember that I am doing the best I can, and that is good enough!
Thank you Linda for doing the best you can, you are such a genorous and kind soul sharing all this knowledge and experience with us all, it’s so much more than just good enough. You help us to “know better” so we can “do better”. God bless you.
My laptop broke down and I haven’t had the money to get it fixed till now. I’ve been very lonely (housebound) and missing your new posts and communication with the exterior so I’ve lots to catch up on. Rather not go on about “setbacks”, which are far too many, as it gets too overwhelming and depressing, so I just keep struggling to keep on “heading in the right direction” as that becomes a feat on it’s own in my circumstances. That’s the best I can do here and now and so I pray that it will be good enough.
I’m sure you help so many of us “keep on the right track”. I wish we had the resources, support, strength and energy to do more but at least we can try to do what we can the right way with loving guidance. Big Air Hug!
Sorry you have been struggling! As long as you do the best you can, that really is good enough!
I try to remember that for myself too…
Altho it is not good enough that society in general has allowed us to suffer the way we do with so few supports.
My brain has been stuck on stun for much of the last couple of months.
I have about 30 posts that I’ve started but require a lot of work to set up the info so that it makes sense (at least to me, then hopefully it makes sense to others too).
I will send you a big, gentle, non-toxic cyber air hug too!
